Blade Access Hire is one of the UKs leading specialist powered access equipment and training providers. We supply equipment ranging from small Pop Up Towers to large 100meter Truck Mount Platforms. The platforms can be operated by one of our own qualified, experienced operators or alternatively, most platforms can be opertated on a self-operated basis. Our IPAF training courses often assist in this area. Our diverse fleet of access platforms allows us to supply the most suitable cost effective solution to your working at height requirements. We never forget safety for all is paramount.

History

Blade was formed by Joint Managing Directors Mark Bell & Jamie Bairstow back in the day as a specialist window cleaning company. With the hands on experience gained over many years with countless working at height situations, Blade Access Hire was then formed with the help of an Ex Fire Service Platform. Regional companies quickly became familiar with Blade Access and natural organic growth began. From the beginning, Blade Access has been built on the strongest foundations by prioritising health and safety whilst practically completing work tasks in the most cost effective way. Our highly motivated office team members have pro-activly grown alongside field activities to create a strong and sustainable access hire brand. Blade Access now has complete UK coverge and maintains unrivaled independent expertise throughout. Our equipment is the most up to date in the business providing increased capabilities and increased safety. We also have our own dedicated innovations team to provide bespoke working at height solutions for almost any task which clearly separates us from our following competitors.

Providing the most advanced and safest equipment on the market is only one link in the chain. As a result, Blade Access now provide IPAF training at dedicated training centres throughout the UK for workers who wish to self-operate equipment. This way all users of access platforms have the confidence and competence to remain safe no matter what machine they are working from once qualified. The ease of accessability to our training network ensures there are no reasons to compromise Health and Safety when working at height.
